2009 is so close. It has been a very interesting year, with the economy, government etc. Hopefully 2009 will be a much better year then 2008.
So, I know I've been posting on this blog without it being 'live' yet. Me posting was a test of how it worked and looked. Also how I feel about constantly posting and so far I really enjoy it. Probably in a week or so a link will be put on both the website and our myspace. I will also be premiering our new website layout come the New Year. We are going through our hordes of images to put into the gallery section. It's a lot of work but we will get it done.
As a pre-reminder, Anthony's Pier 9 Bridal Show is in February. Valle Photography will be there. So when this blog starts to be read, if you are there, come by and say hi. I might be in crutches during the show.
Everyone have a happy and safe New Year.

Let it snow!

Well, we finally had our first winter storm. In a matter of about 2 hours we've probably accumulated about 3-5 inches. I was going to take some landscape pictures, but the roads are pretty bad. Instead I took one quick picture outside. If the roads start to clear up, I might take a chance and venture out to take some quick landscape pictures. I will probably take advantage and make an attempt to finally finish our new website.
We are planning on speaking to a lot of people come Februarys Spring Bridal Show at Anthony's Pier 9. This year was pretty good, however we plan on 2009 to be spectacular. Our work has improved 10 fold and we have so much more to show for it.
Well to anyone staying inside, hope you stay warm. To those that are slightly insane, stay safe.

New Beggining
Welcome to the blog for Valle Photography. Just a quick intro. I'm Jonathan. I take care of our web appearence in it's entirety. Who is we? Myself and my partner and father, Victor.
Our online presence is as follows: www.vallephotography.com & www.myspace.com/vallephotography

We are located in the Hudson Valley area. We do *mostly* weddings. However, my partner enjoys doing portraits. I enjoy doing pictures for bands and various other groups involving art. Check out our myspace for a lot of my recent work. And check out our website for our wedding section.
Yesterday, at the Keltic House in Fishkill, NY, WRRV and Mike Rice Photography put on an awsome show. All the bands did awsome. I did take pictures for I'm Awake. Visit their myspace at http://www.myspace.com/imawakerock. Awesome band and good group of guys.
The other bands were "Where the Wild Things Are" and "Searching for Skyline".
